How We Work

We want you to get the most of your time with Busting Diva so please read the following carefully:

Availability

Appointments are available seven days a week during and outside regular work hours, however appointments need to be booked during regular business hours. Contact us to book an appointment.

Our Sydney team cover inner Sydney, most areas throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area, contact us to see if we cover your area. We also travel further afield subject to travel time and costs.

Prices

There is a minimum fee in effect, contact us to find out more.

Prices quoted are for the Sydney area. Beyond this area a travel surcharge may be added based on distance and time.

In the case we are kept waiting outside for more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time without prior notification, we will consider that as a cancellation and charges may then apply.

For appointments where we are kept waiting into the scheduled time you will be provided with the remaining appointment time. An extra charge will apply if you wish to add on time in order to have the full appointment subject to availability.

If your session runs over the allocated you will be charged extra. Please contact us for our overtime rates in advance.

Prices and services may change without prior notification.

Payment

Services are payable by Paypal, cheque or via direct debit to our account.

For our Style services, we take full payment at time of booking.

For our Interior services, at the time of booking we require a booking fee in advance to hold your booking. We also require a non-refundable deposit in advance and final payment 7 days after receipt of invoice. If we have not received payment via other means, 7 days after the invoice has been issued we will bill the card supplied for the full invoice amount.

Rescheduling & Cancelling

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require minimum 48 hours notice via telephone or email. If you are unable to notify us within this time scale, there is a charge for cancelling, missing any appointment or not proceeding.

Recommend A Friend

Your personal recommendation is always much appreciated so if you are happy with our service and recommend us to a friend, if they mention your name at the time of booking you will receive 10% off your next booking.

Quality Assurance

We will send you a confirmation of the appointment at the time of booking. Please check the details carefully to ensure accuracy.

If you have any questions or concerns throughout the process, please contact us so we can address them.

At the completion of your project you will be asked to sign a customer satisfaction form. Should any additional work be required to that project after the customer satisfaction form has been signed you will incur additional charges.

Whilst we want all our clients to feel they are truly superstars in their own lifetimes, unfortunately only a minute proportion of the population are supermodels which means the rest of us have normal bodies with imperfections, and despite years of practice we are - as of yet - unable to perform miracles. Our team are highly qualified and competent in their speciality and we can certainly assist our clients to feel better about themselves via our various services but not change their bodies themselves.
