How We Work

Availability

Appointments are available seven days a week during and outside regular work hours, however appointments need to be booked during regular business hours. Contact us to book an appointment.

Our team are mobile and cover Central London and most areas throughout Greater London plus some of the Home Counties. We also travel around the UK (and even abroad!), subject to travel time and costs. Contact us to find out if we cover your area. Our operational headquarters are based in West London.

Prices

There is a minimum call out fee in effect, contact us to find out more.

Prices quoted are for the Central London area. Beyond this area a travel surcharge may be added based on distance and time.

In the case we are kept waiting outside for more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time without prior notification, we will consider that as a cancellation and full charges will then apply.

For appointments where we are kept waiting into the scheduled time you will be provided with the outstanding appointment time. An extra charge will apply if you wish to add on time in order to have the full appointment subject to availability.

Prices and services may change without prior notification.

Payment

Services are payable by credit and debit cards (except American Express), cheque or via direct debit to our account.

At the time of booking we require valid credit or debit card details to hold your appointment. We also require a non-refundable deposit in advance and final payment 7 days after receipt of invoice. If we have not received payment via other means, 7 days after the invoice has been issued we will bill the card supplied for the full invoice amount.

Rescheduling & Cancelling

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require minimum 48 hours notice via telephone or email. If you are unable to notify us within this time scale, there is a £25.00 charge for cancelling, missing any appointment or not proceeding.

Quality Assurance

We will send you a confirmation of the appointment at the time of booking. Please check the details carefully to ensure accuracy.
