James McIntosh is a world award winning cookery writer, home economist and demonstrator. James is the AGA Brand Ambassador and recently launched a series of cookery books which won the prestigious Gourmand award for best series of cookbooks in the world. James is a regular on television and radio talking about saving money on food and fuel when cooking. In 2009, he travelled along the Silk Road in China, presenting for a television series. Busting Diva's stylists and tailors have worked with James to ensure his image is sharp and individual, including making a bespoke chef's jackets for James to wear that represents his own unique brand.
