Top To Toe Tips From The Team

...They've called on the expertise of their make artists and hair stylists to bring you a round up of top seasonal tips.

Your Skin

No make up trick or product will do the job if the skin underneath isn't looked after. In general eat a healthy, balanced diet, drink lots of water and follow a regular skincare routine. But for an extra boost to the complexion and to combat the dull appearance that can be caused by pollution and un-healthy living, mix some vitamin C powder with your moisturiser. Results guaranteed in 3 - 4 weeks!*

Your Hair

Straight was great but not so hot for the condition of your hair. Sexy soft curls are making a come-back so bin the straighteners and grab the rollers!

1. Apply a tennis ball size of mousse to damp hair using a wide-toothed comb.
2. Blast with a hair dryer till dry.
3. Section hair and spray with medium hold hairspray before rolling with Velcro type rollers (choose the size depending on the softness of the curl you want to achieve).
4. Blast the rollers with hot air for 5 minutes till very dry, let it cool down and set (you could use this time to apply your make-up).
5. Gently remove rollers, turn your head upside down and massage with fingertips - et voila - a head full of soft curls, v.hot, v.sexy!
6. Use the hairdryer to introduce a bit more shape where needed. For all-night hold, apply medium-hold hairspray all-over the hair, turn head upside down and scrunch.

Your Make-Up

Eyes: Have your lashes tinted blue/black this is the richest tone possible and you will always be looking glam as those early autumn/winter evenings start to draw in.

Lips: Keep lips looking and feeling their best by using shea butter available from good health food shops. Massage into lips whenever you get the urge. This won't dry out lips like petroleum jelly can.

Cheeks: Stick to cream blusher in autumn for a fresh-faced look but set it with a light dusting of powder blusher, which keeps a warm glow on the skin. For more definition and to enhance the cheekbones use a bronzing powder after you apply the cream blusher. Work from underneath the cheekbone with upward strokes towards the ear.

Your Body

Don't forget to treat your feet. Apply a rich body cream to toes after a hot bath and go to bed with cotton socks on. When you wake your feet will be silky smooth.
