How long will it take for my voucher to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all vouchers within two working days of the time they were ordered - often quicker. All vouchers destined for UK addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail's First Class post. Please contact us for details of other locations. If ordered after 4pm GMT, they will be carried over to the following day. You will be informed by email when we have dispatched your order. Please allow seven days from the date of dispatch before querying any non-arrival of your voucher. We charge £2.50 Postage and Packaging.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Eurocard. We are also happy to take other forms of payment via the telephone. Call us to discuss this further. We are confident about the transaction security we offer.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Central London for all services, Greater London for most, Home Counties and other parts of the UK for some. Please contact us for more accurate coverage details.

What does the voucher look like?

Our vouchers come wrapped with a personalised description of the gift. Your voucher will be sent in plain packaging so any surprise will not be spoiled. You can choose to have it delivered directly to you, directly to your recipient, or to another address you specify.

Can I personalise the voucher with a message?

Yes, we can pre-print a special personalised message on the voucher, which is included on the voucher. If you prefer, we can leave it blank for you to fill in by hand.

How long is the voucher valid for?

The voucher expiry date will be printed on the voucher and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The recipient must book their participation date with Busting Diva, either via email or by phone, before this date.

All Busting Diva gift vouchers contain a voucher which is evidence of a payment for a given experience. Except as on our terms and conditions payment is non-refundable. Each voucher will show a voucher reference, which must be quoted when dealing with Busting Diva and will be used to identify your payment. Vouchers and the associated references must be kept safely and securely. Busting Diva will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of voucher theft, impersonation or identity fraud.

What if they don't like it?

All vouchers are totally flexible and can be used to book any other experience or service available to the same value, or we can custom-build a package with them. There will be no charge for exchanging, however if your chosen experience is higher in price than the value of your original voucher, you will be required to pay the price difference. If your chosen experience is lower in price, the difference will be held as credit to use against any future purchase. This credit can be used until the end of the voucher validity period and is non-refundable. If you are issued with new references, please quote these in future dealings with us. A new experience gift voucher will only be issued to you if specifically requested. Busting Diva reserves the right to make additional charges for the costs of issuing a new gift voucher.

Do I have to choose a specific date for the experience when I'm buying a voucher?

No, the voucher is left open dated and is valid for one year from the date of purchase, so your recipient can choose a date to take part in their experience themselves. If you'd prefer to book the date of the experience when placing your order, please call us on 020 7101 9313 to check availability and confirm. Please note that dates are subject to availability.

Can the voucher be renewed?

If you've not been able to use the voucher within the allocated year it can be renewed though there is an additional charge to do so. Please contact us prior to the end of the voucher period to discuss this.

Is the voucher transferrable?

You can transfer the voucher to a third party however there is an additional charge to do so. Please contact us to discuss this further.

What if the recipient needs to reschedule their appointment after booking?

Should the recipient need to reschedule or cancel a booking that has already been made, we will always do our best to help. We usually require cancellations to be confirmed at least 48 hours before the experience date.

Sometimes we have to cancel an experience for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, Busting Diva is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience.

What is the availability for claiming experiences?

All our experiences are offered subject to availability. The most recent information on dates when an experience is available may be found by contacting us. We will do our best to secure your preferred choice of dates. To help us, please book as early as possible, preferably at least 28 days in advance or further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation in writing from us. You should not make any arrangements in connection with the experience until you have received your booking confirmation.

All prices quoted in our promotional literature and on our website include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to increase the price of any experience without notice.

The text, illustrations and images used in all Busting Diva promotional literature and website are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Busting Diva Limited.

All the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser. Busting Diva reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser and Busting Diva agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
