Interior Design

Our interior designer will meet with you to discuss your individual interior needs including style, colour, themes and options. During our first meeting we create a brief to identify how your design will appear. A standard room survey is usually undertaken which is essential in preparing space plans and furniture layouts.

We then prepare a design package which includes: materials and themes researched and sourced, compilation and presentation of style and sample boards, room plan illustrating the best positioning of new and existing furniture, lighting, window treatments, etc.

Project Management

Following approval and completion of the design component, we proceed into project management and installation. We can be your single contact to reference the progress of your project, including:

• Supplying quotes: We obtain and supply quotations for contractual work, supply of materials, furniture, accessories, etc. All materials supplied are quoted at competitive retail prices.
• Contractors: We suggest, appoint and brief contractors on your behalf, and prepare contracts between the client and main contractors.
• Project schedules: We organise the schedules and provide you with a time line of the schedule of work to chart progress and be aware of potential necessary short term inconveniences such as water or electrical mains shut off, sanding and dust, interior traffic areas and room closures.
• Materials: Materials will be ordered and supplied as per contract.
• Site visits: We make site visits to inspect the progress and quality of work. We can arrange to be on site to receive delivery and oversee the installation of supplied materials.
