The Original Busting Diva!
Danièle's passion for style, devotion to genuine service and realisation that she is completely unemployable (!) led her to start Busting Diva. Style has been a driving force for Danièle as far back as she can remember; as a three year old she demanded her socks be changed because they didn't match. This early interest in aesthetics continued and Danièle has been designing in one way or another ever since. She has worked as a freelance photo editor for websites and women's magazines. She's completed courses in interior styling, fashion styling and personal shopping as well as magazine editorial and website design. Gaining her experience globally, Danièle has lived in London, Paris, Barcelona, Sydney and Vancouver. In spite of her designer credentials Danièle remains grounded and true to her hippy-child/surfer chick roots. She represents the approachable face fashion and believes style is for everyone. Her vision for Busting Diva is to create an international brand that respects its team as much as its clients. She loves languages and will never knowingly miss her bellydancing class!
Fashion Stylist & Personal Shopper
Sarah has been interested in fashion from a very early age. She used to get together with friends, dress up and take photos of each other on an ancient Polaroid camera, window dress in her mother's dress agency, and compete with the other girls at school to see who could get the trendiest item first! This was all done on a shoestring so usually involved trawling around charity shops to find clothing gems to customise, and create an interesting and individual look! Eventually Sarah discovered her dream job and became a freelance photo stylist. She found herself with numerous exciting and fun assignments dressing models (male and female), styling bands and performers, kids, room sets and even pets! All this was done for magazines, advertising, catalogues and TV, and would sometimes be done in wonderful exotic locations. Having reached a slightly different stage in her life, there is nothing Sarah enjoys more now, than styling people to make them feel fantastic about themselves and finds it wonderfully satisfying to see someone blossom. Her interests include yoga, lindy hop dancing, knitting, watching films and learning to speak Italian.

Dressmaker
Born into a family of tailors, creativity is in Shilpa's genes, so no wonder she's now a Diva dressmaker! She's passionate about the work of the east and adores exploring the vibrancy and textures of intricate embroideries and bringing this into the pieces she works on. Marrying the cultures of the east and west, with class, is her aim. Shilpa studied at the University of Portsmouth and obtained a BA (hons) in Design for Fashion & Textiles. Part of her education has also come from being exposed to many different cultures, and this has had a profound effect on Shilpa's outlook on life, and her work. Now her main inspirations for creating unique and beautiful pieces come from different destinations and ancient crafts. So if you have a special occasion coming up that you'd like an outfit made for, please contact us for our dressmaking services, and soon Shilpa could be designing an exotic creation just for you!
Dressmaker & Soft Furnisher
Pauline's love of fashion design started in her early teens when she would trawl local charity shops for second-hand clothes that she could re-model to her own specification. She has always had a particular passion for vintage leather and at the age of 17 she began learning to make garments from start to finish in leather and suede for production and bespoke clients. Working on skin and fur is an extremely skilled occupation and demands a very high degree of accuracy. Pauline worked for a leather company in New Zealand and then returned to London where she has worked on the skin and fur garments of well-known celebrities. Pauline offers dressmaking, alterations and clothing re-fashioning. While she specialises in leather, suede and fur she also has extensive experience working with cloth and bridalwear. She also makes leather handbags.
